ProSep together with Kolon Group, a large South-Korea-based integrated construction, chemical and advanced materials company as well as Korea’s largest water treatment group, joined hands to commercialize ProSep’s process solutions to the growing Korean and Chinese oil and gas supply industries. The Joint Venture Agreement concluded late in 2010, operates under the name of ProSep Kolon Company Limited (“ProSep Kolon”).

ProSep Kolon is the first Korean-based supplier to offer technology-focused process solutions to the South-Korean upstream oil and gas engineering and procurement industry. It combines ProSep’s technology, engineering and fabrication knowhow with the responsiveness and convenience of a team of highly skilled local engineers and fabricators.

Specifically targeting the fast growing South Korean and Chinese Offshore and Onshore EPC markets, ProSep Kolon offers in-house engineering from process to details and direct involvement in project management including fabrication, assembly, commissioning and services.

ProSep Kolon offers a wide array of process equipment, especially suited for offshore environments, where space and weight limitations require more compact and efficient technologies. Operating in such environments also requires equipment that allows producers to efficiently separate and treat oil, gas and produced water to the highest standards. To this effect, ProSep Kolon offers one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio of solutions to treat produced water for reinjection or overboard discharge, to the industry’s highest standards.
