Jacques L. Drouin brings over 12 years of experience in corporate finance to ProSep Inc. As a former Vice President and Director at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance Canada Inc., he has undertaken and managed numerous financing and merger and acquisition transactions for public as well as private companies. Prior to this Mr. Drouin worked as a corporate finance senior consultant at KPMG, and as a Financial Analyst in the investment banking department at Nesbitt Thomson (now BMO Nesbitt Burns). Mr. Drouin holds a B.Com. and a M.Sc., both specialized in finance.

Mr. Samson is an accomplished senior executive with some 30 years of experience in finance, management, strategy, risk management and mergers and acquisitions. He was most recently Quebec Leader of Strategy & Transformation - Financial Management Services at IBM Business Consulting Services. Previously, Mr. Samson held positions as Senior or Executive Vice-President, Finance at AMEC Engineering & Construction, Canada Trust Financial Services, AlphaNet Telecom, Téléglobe Canada and The Laurentian Group. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Financial Executives International (Quebec Chapter), as well as on the Institute of Corporate Directors’ (Quebec Chapter) Professional Development Committee.

Parag Jhonsa has almost 20 years of industry experience, most recently as Vice President Engineering and Operations at ProSep's US operation. Mr. Jhonsa's exceptional track record in managing the Company's largest team of engineers and state of the art fabrication facility will now benefit ProSep's entire group as the organisation shifts to an integrated model to improve processes and ensure best practices. Mr. Jhonsa received both a Bachelor and a Master degree in Chemical Engineering.

Mr. Campbell brings over 33 years of experience in the engineering and construction field for the upstream oil & gas industry. Mr. Campbell was recently Vice President, Marketing & Business Development at NATCO Group where he was intimately involved in the group's international success and customer development strategies.
His work experience includes executive positions in both business development and operations and he has lived internationally for 13 years, including the Middle East and South East Asia. Doug received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology while playing varsity football and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Keller School of Management, Devry University, with honours and distinction respectively.

Gary Blizzard brings over 25 years of diverse experience within multiple segments of the energy industry in the areas of international business development, marketing, engineering, and project management. Prior to joining ProSep, Gary was Business Development Director at Alcoa Oil & Gas and previously Vice President Marketing & Business Development at NATCO Group where he provided leadership for growing the specialized gas treating technology business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Browne brings over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Recently he was Vice-President of Engineering at Cameron / NATCO where he was responsible for bidding and execution of the Houston Custom Engineered Systems projects for their Production Systems division. Previously, he worked as both a project manager and process engineer and also held various management responsibilities at Chevron within their gas processing division. He has a unique blend of experience that includes specifying and operating process equipment as an Operator and designing and delivering process equipment and solutions as a Supplier. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University.

Matthew Rummer has worked in the upstream process equipment business for over 13 years. Formerly with Kaverner Process Systems, Matthew has many years of experience in design and project management of various process equipment. Prior to joining ProSep AP, Matthew was responsible for Business Development at Kvaerner Process Systems in the Asia Pacific region. Matthew holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering.

Danielle Ste-Marie has over ten years of experience in the fields of finance, marketing and communications. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from HEC Montreal and has been with the Company since 2008. She is now leading marketing, communications and investor relations, as well as supporting the CEO with all strategic development initiatives. Prior to joining ProSep, Danielle worked for a leading investor relations consulting firm where she developed and implemented investor relations strategies for TSX listed companies. Danielle also provided consulting services for start-up companies and assisted them with funding and strategic development. Her earlier experience included assisting in trading and evaluating investment opportunities for an investment management firm specializing in technology start-ups.
