ProSep's Brand New 56,000-Square-Foot Fabrication, Assembly and Packaging Shop Features Expanded Capacities

September 2009 - ProSep shipped process vessels and skid packages for the primary separation and crude dehydration / desalting train at the KOC 120 BOPD Early Production Facility. Startup and commissioning of the facility is expected early 2010.

ProSep's new 56,000-square-foot fabrication, assembly and packaging shop facilitated the final assembly of this equipment, enabling timely shipment.

Located on 5.25 acres, with three bays, a warehouse and eleven bridge cranes (4 x 35-ton with 5-ton auxiliary cranes, 4 x 10-ton, 3 x 5-ton), ProSep’s shop now features higher lifting capacity, much higher hook height and more floor space to handle larger projects with quicker delivery.

Still less than two miles from our offices, our new shop continues to offer flexibility, in-house attention, a stable and experienced workforce, and exceptional quality control.

At ProSep, we take care of your process equipment needs.
